We're Peter and Marc Nicholson, a father and son team that between them have over 30 years on property experience. Peter took the plunge and bought his first Buy to Let 1 bed flat in East London in 1998 and continues to grow the portfolio to this day. Over 10 Years ago, Marc joined his dad to take the business to the next level through refurbishment, reinvestment and self-management. They now offer to share their decades of experience through mentoring others and helping them grow their portfolios and manage their properties effectively.
